With 15+ years in technology — spanning enterprise systems, Cisco networks, and the full Microsoft ecosystem — and an MSc in Advanced Computer Science, I bring both depth and hands-on experience.
I served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Birmingham, supervising MSc students in Computer Science and AI. I've trained universities across the UK — academics and professional services teams — on integrating AI into their daily work.
I help organisations transform their infrastructure to be AI-powered, including enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot in real, practical ways.
I founded Digital Steps to bring these modern AI capabilities to Kuwait and the GCC — working between Kuwait and the UK.
